I will return all phone calls and e-mails within 24-hours unless I am out of town.

If I need to cancel an appointment, I will do so with more than 24-hours notice if at all possible. If an emergency arises and I cannot keep an appointment, I will apply a 25% discount to your next session.

I keep accurate records and maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Clients

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please provide me with at least 24-hours notice to avoid being charged in full for the appointment.

Payment should be made by cash, check or credit card at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please be on time - I often have clients booked back to back.
